We follow Fairfax County Schools for inclement weather.  If they are closed due to bad weather, we can reschedule when you can arrive safe and stay healthy. If Fairfax County Schools has a 2 hr delay, normal hrs will occur unless we communicate and deem too dangerous for you to travel.  In the event of cancellations due to bad weather no fees will be charged.

Directions

     Directions from the Beltway (I-495): Travel West on Braddock Road about 2.0 miles, then turn Left on Rolling Road.  Go to traffic light, then turn Right at Burke Lake Road, then Right into King's Park Professional Building (behind Bank of America & SunTrust, before Library).

I specialize in Manual Therapy. In a soft tissue-based practice  the concept of using one form of therapy to treat every client who presents with a certain problem has not proven productive. A cookie-cutter model may work for baking, but not for the the inherent complexities of human function and dysfunction.  Instead of choosing one method over another, I have been educated and certified in Medical Massage, which incorporates a broad multidisciplinary model that emphasizes a more holistic approach to rehabilitation. 

Certifications include Myofascial release, Neuromusular Therapy, Medical Massage Therapy, Myoskeletal Therapy, Swedish Massage and Reflexology. 

This coupled with my degree as a Master Herbalist, member of the American Herbalists Guild, and Nutritional Herbologist, with certifications from eCornell University in Plant based Nutrition and Egoscue University in Posture Alignment Therapy, Nutritional Endocrinology, Naturopath with certificate in Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis and a Certified Meridian Stress Analysis Technician using the Qest 4 Bioenergetic Medicine, rounds out this holistic approach.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients the following policies are honored:  

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
   No shows
 Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no show." They will be charged for their "missed" appointment.

   Late Arrivals
 If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
